Order Processing

Every Apothek Interest product is hand-crafted and poured in small batches. Please allow 2-4 business days for our studio to mindfully prepare and package your ritual before it is handed off to the carrier. You will receive a tracking email the moment your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We currently ship via USPS. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive once it leaves our studio. Expedited options are available at checkout. (Note: Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside of our control, especially during holidays).

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package our glass vessels with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at studio@apothekinterest.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box so we can make it right and immediately send a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges For the safety and purity of our personal care formulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive an item you are unsatisfied with, or wish to return an unopened product, please contact us at studio@apothekinterest.com within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to offer a refund or store credit for unopened products returned in their original, pristine condition. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
