At some point, "self care" became just another chore. Between the beautiful chaos of motherhood and the constant noise of daily life, my routine felt like a chore rather than a comfort. I found myself lost in the noise of what I felt had to be done in order to care for myself, rather than what I could do to love myself.

I realized I didn't need another ten step regimen; I needed radical stillness, moments of mindfulness. I needed products that forced me to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with myself, even if only for five minutes a day.

But when I looked for these grounding moments, I found shelves full of toxic ingredients and harmful chemicals. If I was going to carve out sacred time for myself, I refused to compromise on what I was absorbing both physically and energetically.

So, Apothek Interest was born. Earth-derived, consciously sourced, and entirely non-toxic. My team and I - a collective of badass women - create small batch rituals designed not just to nourish your skin, but to feed your soul. Taking care of yourself shouldn't be a task. It should be an escape.
